2. Client Responsibilities

• Promptly provide necessary materials (content, images, branding assets, etc.).
• Review and approve work within agreed timelines.
• Ensure all provided materials comply with copyright laws.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments must be made as per the agreed contract.
• We accept up to two instalment payments for projects.
• Refunds are not issued once work has commenced unless stated otherwise in the contract.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients receive rights to their website designs.
• Websiteti retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions & Modifications

• Clients are entitled to [insert number] revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Websiteti is not responsible for third-party issues (hosting failures, plugin malfunctions, or security breaches).
• We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or website traffic.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for completed work are non-refundable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria republic.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
